You may want to access your personal information or past interactions. That's why we want to let you know that you have the right to request this information through a Subject Access Request.

To make things easier and faster for you, we recommend submitting your request through our contact form. However, if you are specifically looking for conversations with a past match, both you and your connection will need to submit separate requests in order to receive each side of the conversation.

It's important to note that if your Sassybae account has been deleted for more than 28 days, we may not be able to retrieve your data. Also, please keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for us to process your request, so we appreciate your patience.
