How can I delete my data?

If you're ready to take a break from the app or have found what you're looking for, you can remove your profile from Sassybae. Deleting your profile will remove your information from the app, and it will no longer be visible to other users.

Should you change your mind about leaving, you have 28 days to contact our team, and we can reactivate your profile for you. After 28 days, your information will have begun to be purged from our system, and you will no longer have access to your deleted account.

If you want us to erase your data immediately, you can submit a Data Erasure Request with our team. The process can take up to 30 days for completion. However, please be aware that if your profile has been blocked, we are obligated to retain some basic account data to enforce blocks.
