Why has my match/message disappeared?

If someone has unmatched you, their connection will appear at the very bottom of your conversation list. If you are experiencing difficulty accessing a particular swap, it may be due to the other user's account being deleted or blocked.

Fortunately, you can still contact support and report the person to Sassybae if something has happened and you need assistance. Simply tap on the “Help” button after clicking on the relevant conversation in the list and one of our team of moderators will investigate the matter.
