I made a new profile by mistake, how do I get back into my original account?

If you happen to accidentally create a new profile instead of accessing your existing one, there is an easy fix to get back to your original account. Here are the steps you should follow:

Mobile App:

1. Open the Sassybae app and tap on the grey profile icon located on the bottom right corner of the screen
2. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete account."
3. Enter the word "delete" in all lowercase letters, then tap to confirm
4. Once your new account is deleted, log in using the opposite method you previously tried (e.g., if you used your Apple or Google ID)

Pro tip: To avoid accidentally creating a new profile, we recommend adding multiple login methods to your account. This way, if one login method is not working, you can try another without having to create a new account.
